I started Yoga & Wellness with Nanci with the intention to integrate the multi faceted benefits of yoga with the science of movement to enhance ease in body, mind and breath, resilience, relaxation, mental clarity and tranquility while exploring our connection to ourselves and each other in a loving, light hearted way.
